We provide services for digital fabric printing, fabric dyeing, printing only, #StartWithZalmon (sewing services included). We also provide plain white fabric and ready stock fabric.
There is no minimum order for digital fabric printing. You can start from 1 meter.

The price listed on our website is the price of fabric per meter including fabric price + printing price. The price of the fabric will vary depending on the type of fabric and the total length of the fabric ordered.
All of our services have already included fabric except for printing only service. You can choose our business package if you want to use our sewing services.
Yes, you can use our printing only service with MOQ (minimum order) of 200 meters. The fabric used must be organic. Fabric from the customer must be in the form of pfp fabric (prepare for print), not greige fabric. The price of print only services includes the price of the fabric coating (pre-treatment process) and the complete finishing process. For full terms of print only services, please refer to this page.
Yes, you can do color matching by giving us the color direction (in the form of a hard copy on paper or printed on fabric). There will be an additional fee and this service will be processed by our production team using the FIFO system (First In First Out) and according to the queue.
The production lead time is affected by the number of designs. Generally, one design takes about two working days, but it also depends on the number of queues and the colors’ complexity of the design.
The result of the color matching archive will only be valid for one month after the color matching process is complete. We recommend re-doing the color matching process if you make a repeat order after one month since the previous color matching process.

The more designs you send us, the more time they need to match the color. Color Matching needs to be done one by one. 1 design usually takes 2 working days. It depends on the queue and how complex your design is.
The color matching result will be kept as an archive for 1 month only. If you reorder after 1 month, we suggest you redo the color matching process.
Yes, we have printing only service (without fabric). The fabric provided by customers must be 100% organic and white-coloured based, with a minimum order of 200 meters. The fabric must be in the form of pfp fabric (prepare for print), not greige fabric. Fabric
We provide more than 25 types of fabric ranging from Cotton, Viscose, Tencel™ by Lenzing, silk, and bamboo. All of our fabrics are 100% organic and contain zero polyester.
Cotton made of cotton fiber, the characteristics of cotton tends to be stiffer compared to rayon. Rayon is made from cellulose wood fibers, with a softer and more flowy texture.
Both Rayon and Viscose are the type of fabric. This is just a difference term used in different countries.
You can try “Burning Test”, by burning the fabric. If we burn organic fabrics, the fiber will burn like paper and turn into dust (biodegradable). Meanwhile, polyester fabrics will burn like plastic and have a chemical smell, then it will turn into a clump and harden (not biodegradable), and the fires are more difficult to extinguish.
Tencel™ is a Viscose fabric which is the trademark brand from Lenzing Austria. We provide several types of Tencel™, please refer to this page.
Our
Production
All the production processes at Zalmon Fabric have been carried out according to international standards for water waste treatment, we have recycling and water treatment processes in our production facilities. In addition, all of our fabrics are also made from 100% natural fibers that can be decomposed, so our overall production is more environmentally friendly than polyester fabrics.
Our production process takes 14-21 working days. This process includes: design and fabric preparation – printing process – steaming process – washing and drying process – finishing process. This timeline will be processed according to the queue and our Daily Printing Production Schedule where any kind of payment needs to be settled D-2 before the schedule is implemented.
As we use digital printing methods, all kinds of designs can be printed in Zalmon Fabric without color limitation. For more information about our design specifications, please refer to this page.
The duration of making a fabric sample of one meter is 7-10 working days, this is due to the fabric sample making and large production will go through the same long complete process (not only the printing process). Therefore the duration of fabric sample making cannot be rushed.
About
Zalmon
We use a digital printing method with reactive ink, where the design will be printed directly on the fabric surface without using other tools such as transfer paper (not sublimation printing). Furthermore, the fabric will be steamed, washed, dried, and finished and can be used immediately.
We already have several certifications including:
- Organic Fabric certification from Lenzing Austria for TENCEL™ fabric
- International standard certification of 100% natural fiber fabric composition ISO/TR11827:2012 for cotton and rayon fabric
- Global standard for ink certification for Oeko-Tex Standard 100

For product return, shipping fee will be charged to the customer, except for the mistake caused by Zalmon Fabric. For more information please click here.
The product return time limit is a maximum of H+3 since the fabric is received by the Customer. If it exceeds that time, we cannot accept return requests.
Cancellation can be done 1×24 hours after the customer completes the payment. If the customer cancels more than the specified time, the money that has been paid to Zalmon Fabric is considered forfeited. It is because we have processed the fabric and the production team has started the production process.
