TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prepare your own fabric and print with us!
2. The MOQ for this service is 300 meter.
3. The customer provides information about the type, construction, and fabric specification before the test print process.
4. After receiving confirmation from Zalmon, the customer sends the fabric. The quantity of fabric required for the test process may vary depending on the fabric’s construction and specifications.
5. The test process takes 3 calendar weeks (21 days) and includes:
   
   • Test Lab (natural thread construction)
   • Shrinkage Test
   • Pre-Treatment Test
   • Coating Test
   • Color Absorption Test
   • Digital Printing Process Test
6. The fabric will be tested with the design currently in progress in the production department. 
7. The test print results will be returned to the customer.
8. If the customer is ready to proceed to the next stage, the production lead time takes 40 working days (doesn’t include Saturday, Sunday, and Indonesian Public Holiday). Excl. color match process and any other additional services.
