Terms and Conditions
- The MOQ for this service is 200 meter for one color and one type of fabric.
- For orders with a quantity of more than 200 meters, the fabric dyeing process will be made into several batches. Please note the color between production batches will not be 100% exactly the same, there will be a color tolerance of about 5-10% for each different batch of production (even if you choose the same color).
- Customers can make samples before mass production. It will cost IDR 350,000 (can consist of several colors). This fee will be adjusted to the total payment and will be counted as discount if the customer places a large order, or it will be forfeited if the customer does not place an order.
- For making samples, customers can send the Pantone TCX code or the color reference in fabric form (the fabric type must be the same as the fabric you ordered). We will provide a 10×10 cm sample for every colors. This process takes 7-14 working days.
- Fabric dyeing production takes 30 working days after sample approval.
